well, let's hope that 3 is my lucky number, cuz saturday was the 3rd time that I injured/re-injured my knee and right about now it looks like a big ugly water balloon. It really sucked because in the back of my mind I knew that my knee wasn't fully recovered and ready to play, but at the time the team was short on players and I had made the trip all the way to Munich in order to play, so I was going to give it a shot. 10 minutes in ... ughh.

it's sad irony how we often put ourselves in situations where we just could not make the decision we know we ought to make. oh well, that's just being human i guess.

as for me ... at least 4 more months on the bench. sigh.
